40 - LOVE

Loved the clean and well stocked unit. The negatives were too close to pickleball which was used 7-7. Woke me everyday. Television was too hard to work and no shows available to us. Company should have advised us to bring our passwords tho even that didn’t work so we could enjoy tv. Cable. What was available was Roy rogers and other shows from yesteryear.

The unit was very clean and well appointed with all necessary amenities. The two bicycles were an added bonus that we enjoyed.

Our experience was without a flaw. Greenday was extremely accommodating. We were provided all of the comforts you could imagine. There were toiletries in the bathrooms and fluffy bath robes in the closets. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. We are looking forward to the next time we can come visit once again!

The moment you step foot into this stylish and updated 2 bedroom unit, you are greeted by the beautiful sun sunshine coming in off the large back patio area overlooking the tennis courts and the mountains. The light and bright decor adds to the over feel of airiness and the cleanliness put us at ease. We felt truly comfortable here and would like to give a shout out to Steve and Ryan and the Greenday Team for literally jumping at our every need to ensure that our stay was perfect. Of all the tennis villas we’ve seen, the location and the condition of 40 Love stands out as an Ace!

The home is bright and clean. It is comfortable. Beds are comfortable. I felt at home and would definitely come back.

This Greenday property, Love-40, was amazing! Perfectly upgraded, clean, and everything you need is at your fingertips. Pool and jacuzzi is literally around the corner. Great location, not far from restaurants, grocery store, golf courses, etc.....We will definitely stay at this property again! Perfect getaway for anytime of the year! Thank You Greenday! This property is very private and stunning. Open and spacious. Mid century look so appropriate for the Palm Springs vibe. We stayed for a month while our house was being renovated. This was a mini vacation! Even though one of us works remotely. Thanks to the desk in one of the bedrooms that made the work set up a smooth process. Internet worked great. One of us is a chef, the kitchen is a gourmet style set up and worked well. The appliances will spoil you forever!!! Everything worked perfectly. This was a great place to stay during Covid. We felt safe. There are many grocery options and when we didn't feel like cooking we jotted down to Gelsen's. They have many delicious prepared food options! We had our doggy and just would walk right off the patio on to the green (NO STEPS)! And there is the SPA master bath to soak in. But the most amazing part for us was to enjoy the most STUNNING VIEWS of the San Jacinto Mountain Range! It's unrivaled ( except maybe the Swiss mountains! but I am biased being half Swiss!) Anyway... there are also so many pools to cool off in. It was a great retreat for us and we will never forget this stay! Steven Greenday and his crew do all they can to make you feel at home.

This was the perfect staycation! Just a quick drive from San Diego, we arrived to find the place set up perfectly and fully stocked. The space is spotless and obviously loved by its owners. Everything is new, modern and convenient. The layout is open and commodious, with the bedrooms separated by the common area. With elevated ceilings and an open living room/ dining/ kitchen, it is unbelievably spacious. Once we saw the fully-equipped kitchen, we picked up our food for the week at Trader Joe’s, which is just 3 miles away. It was so easy to store all of our food and cook there. We didn’t get a chance to use the grill, but definitely will on our next stay. There are two pools just footsteps away and each morning we walked a 3 mile loop around the beautiful golf course community with palm trees in sight and hills in the distance. It was completely safe and anyone we saw waved a friendly hello. The property felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back.

This place is adorable. It has been completely renovated from top to bottom and has a great modern mid-century vibe, even down to the shag rugs. The kitchen has high-end appliances. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The sitting area on the patio has serene views of the mountains, offering the perfect ambiance for enjoying a morning coffee. The unit is close to two pools, both a very short walking distance. Neighbors were friendly and we got to meet a few dogs. I look forward to returning in the future!

Love the way 40-LOVE is decorated! We couldn't get over how big this open concept 2-bedroom is. Both bedrooms are very large with full bath in each. The beds are super comfy and the sheets are soft. The master bath is gorgeous!! It takes a few minutes for the hot water to reach the shower in the master, no big deal. The kitchen is open concept to the living area. The appliances in the kitchen are all brand new. All we had to do is grocery shop and we had everything we needed. The living room is very spacious and with the high ceilings, feels even bigger! Nothing felt cramped like many places do. The floors are a beautiful white tile. This property has every amenity you need and things you didn’t know you need but enjoy having, like the fluffy white robes (the kind you see at a high-end hotel like Ritz-Carlton). Plus, each bathroom came with shampoo/conditioner and body wash. It felt like home. Location: The weather is hot in August, but the back patio has two fruit trees that give it morning shade. I enjoyed sitting out there while drinking my coffee before the afternoon heat set in. The views of the mountains are beautiful too. The condo sits across a little road from the tennis club; we enjoyed walking around the property to explore. We felt safe; the permanent residents are also very nice & welcoming. Steve is very nice and easy to work with. He makes the entire process smooth and easy. He responds very quickly and doesn’t mind answering a million questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We would LOVE to make this an annual trip.

Super cute decorating, appliances were top notch and location couldn't have been better. We were literally steps from tennis and the pool area! The furnishings were super cool and the owner thought of all the little extras you might need. I was impressed by the bathrooms, the wonderful beds, and felt right at home. It is a great choice for a relaxing time in the desert.

Had a great time. The Condo was fantastic and a great location in the complex.

Nice fully remodeled two bedroom with all you could ask for while traveling with a family. We enjoyed the laundry in unit and the spacious kitchen and bathrooms!
