Another year back-and it exceeded my expectations! The place was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. And the communication from Greenday is best in class-simple, direct and gave us everything we needed. We will be back.

Would definitely stay here again. Greenday staff are excellent, greeted us when we arrived and were so helpful.Condo was exactly like it showed in pictures. It was so well stocked with everything we needed: Laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner etc and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes. That made it easy to cook a few meals here.The tennis and pickleball facilities are amazing.Greenday Vacation Rentals were so good, would totally use them again!

Perfect condo for a desert escape. Pleasant views of tennis courts and green belts. This rental includes everything that you need for your vacation and the internet/wifi was very fast which made remote work effortless. Greenday Vacation Rentals made the entire process from reservation to check-in to checkout seamless and stress-free. I highly recommended Greenday for your next Rancho Mirage vacation rental.

Everything about our experience was best in class! From the thoughtful and detailed communication before our arrival from Greenday to the well-equipped kitchen and beautiful towels. Up to date open concept floor plan. Wonderful facility for Mountain View walks. Tennis and pickle ball courts are within easy walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The apartment exceeded our expectations with design, comfort, amenities, and decor. Check in and out was super easy on a tablet. Furniture is really stylish and comfortable, important for staying indoors during peak heat. Lighting is beautiful and elegant. Kitchen has everything you need, including paper towels, plastic baggies and every utensile and appliance you could imagine. (All we needed were Keurig capsules.). There's also a new gas barbecue outside. The only thing that confused me is the kitchen sink...you have to wave your hand underneath the gooseneck spout to activate it.Bathroom is HUGE, with to separate sinks and enormous walk-in shower, plus tons of closet storage. Bed also very comfortable, a large California King size. If you want to watch TV, there's a Roku box with everything you want, but does require you to log into your own Netflix or Amazon Prime account. WiFi has fine coverage and good download speed. Parking is enclosed and covered so your car doesn't bake and is secure. Outdoor patio has shade afternoons and evenings to sit outside with a drink. It was fun listening to tennis players across the street. There are two pools nearby including hot tubs; just walk across the lawn from the dining room door.We visited it's our golden retriever, Bryant, who also loved the place. It was easy to walk him around the tennis courts and down quiet streets, although there's little shade during the afternoon.Despite being 10 miles from downtown Palm Springs, it's a very easy 15 minute drive with plenty of parking, but this location is car dependent for everything. Also close to Palm Desert shops, and a nice Gelsons groceries nearby.Overall, a lovely unit, far nicer than any other place we've stayed in the area previously. If you seek a quiet, serene refuge this is a great place.

My wife and I stayed at this property during COVID-19 and the horrible experience of our first home purchase. Our lives felt like the walls were closing in quickly until we found this rental home. Upon arrival to this beautiful gated community, we were greeted at the front door with face masks and hand sanitizer. You could just feel that the place was clean and safe. Throughout our stay, we interacted with the responsive property management company to address any questions and issues that came up. They were so responsive and flexible to accommodating our need to stay longer because of our escrow situation. This was by far the BEST rental property I have stayed at in Palm Dessert thus far. I will be returning for future stays through Greenday!

Perfect for my family

We have stayed at three Greenday properties in the past three years and Tennis Lover's Dream was the best. The house was perfect for us. We have a garage to park in and it was a very short walk to the pool. Matt met us at the house and showed us how everything worked. Also Greenday answered my emails very quickly when I had a question. We will definitely stay with Greenday again.

Great location, wonderful pool access. Very well stocked and maintained, we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our time here and look forward to our next trip to Rancho Mirage.

Everything met our expectations. The unit could use a place to hang a jacket when you come in the main door. Also the unit is advertised as a tennis lovers dream but as a renter you are not allowed to use the courts. We aren’t tennis players so it didn’t matter to us. All and all a great place!

We had previously booked with Dan and Greenday last year so we knew that they set the bar high for vacation rentals. That's why we booked again with Greenday in Mission Hills. It's such a nice area. The outside is very well cared for. We really enjoyed the fresh grapefruit and lemons from the trees right next to the villa. Matthew met us at the door when we arrived and gave us a 'tour' around the suite. We liked having the garage but for this villa, its a little walk to the house when your arms are full of groceries. But we knew that in advance. We enjoyed a light lunch one day over at The Sports Club. The trees and flowers around the neighborhood were all so beautiful. We'll look up Greenday again on our next visit to Palm Springs.

We loved the location of the unit and how well it was stocked with every essential one could need, tin foil, plastic wrap, paper towels, large size shampoo, and conditioner. The unit was very spacious for two people, four would fit perfect. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

The condo has been very thoughtfully and beautifully updated. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need...food, of course you are on your own. The management group go above and beyond.

I had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and modern. I felt comfortable and at home.

The property had excellent and spacious accommodations. We were surprised to find the kitchen cabinets filled with little necessities like spices, popcorn, paper plates etc. also, the fridge had little unexpected goodies too. The lovely bouquet of fresh roses lasted the entire week. And, the king size bed was the most comfortable we had ever slept in a rental!!!! We know anyone would love this Tennis Lover's Dream House.....so close to the courts!!!!!

Greenday does a great job and this condo was perfect. I would use them again without any hesitation. Unit exceeded expectations and Greenday is on the spot with any questions or needs.

We are a retired couple who spent February 2018 in a tennis villa at Mission Hills. Thank you to Greenday Management for offering the opportunity at a fair price with extraordinary service. We highly recommend.

Everything you need is there at your fingertips - tennis, gym, golf, place to run, pools, hot tub and every little detail in this condo has been looked at. It is fully equipped with everything for cooking/cleaning. We didn't entertain there although it's set up to do so. BBQ was a nice touch as not all places have one. The service is outstanding, Right from the beginning of booking, I received notices, directions, contact numbers and was met exactly as was explained. That was a first for me! We had an issue with the cable box and it was handled immediately. I was very impressed! I will certainly come back to this property.  Thank you.

It comes loaded with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Dan was a great host and is available within minutes if you need him. Mission Hills is a beautiful country club and I would definitely stay there again. This villa is conveniently located next to the tennis courts and two pools. I would definitely recommend this villa for your stay.

It is large and very comfortable and perfect for a couple or small family. The furniture and finishes are all high end, and yet still very comfortable. Loved the openness of the floor plan, and the 3 furnished patios are a nice bonus. Close to 2 pools as well as the tennis center, this is a great location. The kitchen and linen closet are all nicely stocked (much better equipped than most of the vacation rentals we have stayed in), and we appreciated the high quality sheets and towels. Can't say enough about Daniel Phelan and Greenday Management (the property manager). He was very professional and helpful, and tries to anticipate your needs for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
